How can I get in touch with Harmony Beds?

What are your customer support hours?
Our customer services team are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Live chat may be available outside those times.
How long can I expect a response from customer support?
We aim to respond within 3 hours during office hours, though it may take up to 72 hours at weekends or busy periods.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Full details are on our Delivery & Assembly page.
Can I save items for later or create a wishlist?
Yes. Use the heart icon on product pages. You’ll need an account to save your wishlist.
Can I provide feedback or leave reviews?
Yes. Leave a review at the bottom of a product page. Reviews are open to verified customers.
Can I request customisation or special orders?
Absolutely. We allow customisation — choose fabric, colour, reinforced frames, etc. Contact support for special requests.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Orders & Account
How do I place an order?
Add products to your basket and complete checkout normally.
Where can I find my order details?
In the My Account → Orders tab.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders go straight to our workshop, so changes aren’t always possible. Contact support as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Use the status in My Account → Orders.
Processing = order being built.
Completed = shipped.
Failed = payment issue.
Cancelled / Refunded = resolved accordingly.
When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery: 7–14 working days.
Express delivery: within 7 days (where available).
How do I update my address?
Go to My Account → Addresses to update billing or shipping.
How do I change my account information?
Edit name, email, or password via My Account → Account Details.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@harmonybeds.co.uk to request account deletion. We may retain order data for legal reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay Later), PayPal (Pay in 3 / Pay Later).

Can I customise the bed I like?
Yes. Choose size, fabric, colour, headboard, reinforced frame etc. See product pages for options.
Where can I find product dimensions?
Dimensions are listed under product photos and customisation options.
What fabrics do you use?
We offer Plush, Naples, Crush, Dumfries, and Chenille. For special fabrics, please contact us.
How should I care for my fabric bed?

Do you offer bed assembly?
Yes. Details are on our Delivery & Assembly page.
Can you reinforce my bed?
Yes. Check Optional Extras on product pages for reinforced frames or divan bases.
Can you make my bed higher?
Yes. You can choose extra height for a frame or divan base.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free. See Delivery & Assembly.
Who does the delivery?
We use trusted local driver teams.
What areas do you deliver to?
England, Wales, and Central & Southern Scotland. No Highlands, NI, or remote islands.
Do you do international delivery?
Not at this time.
Do you offer specific delivery dates?
We’ll request a preferred date once your order is placed, subject to availability.
What if I miss delivery?
We’ll contact you. Rearrangement may incur a £75 fee. Contact us to reschedule.
Can I change address after ordering?
You may if the order isn’t dispatched. Contact support immediately.
Will my bed arrive flat packed?
Yes. All beds arrive flat packed with instructions. Assembly option available.
