For your convenience, we offer a range of delivery options. Once you’ve placed your order, our team will call you from 01924 678539 (our official number) to confirm your delivery date.
We provide free standard delivery (7–14 days), with the option to upgrade to express or assembly services.

Delivery Areas
We provide furniture delivery across Mainland UK, with a few Exceptions.
Currently, we are unable to deliver to offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Additionally, the following postcode areas are not covered by our delivery service at this time:
BT, DG9, FK18+, GY, HS, IM, JE, KA28, KW, PA20+, PO30+, ROI
Bed Assembly
At the moment we are unable to offer a bed assembly service. To make things easy, we provide step-by-step instructions below so you can put your new bed together at home. If you need a hand, most beds can be assembled with two people in under an hour.
Old Bed and Mattress Removal & Disposal (UK Waste & WEEE Compliance)
We offer an optional old bed and mattress removal and disposal service in accordance with the UK Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 and applicable WEEE environmental principles.
Old Bed Removal
The bed must be fully dismantled prior to the delivery team’s arrival.
All components must be ready for immediate removal and easily accessible.
Removal and disposal fee: £40
Payment is made directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery
Old Mattress Removal
The mattress must be ready for immediate removal and not attached to a bed frame.
Removal and disposal fee: £30
Payment is made directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery
Regulatory & Environmental Compliance
All removed items are transferred to a licensed waste carrier and disposed of or recycled in line with UK environmental regulations.
Mattresses and bed components are processed where possible to support reuse, recycling, and waste reduction objectives.
This service is offered on a like-for-like basis only (e.g. one old mattress removed per new mattress delivered).
Important Conditions
Our delivery team cannot dismantle beds or furniture.
Items must be prepared in advance; failure to do so may result in refusal of removal, with the charge remaining payable.
Removal may be refused where items present a health, safety, hygiene, or access risk.
Charges are non-refundable once the service has been attempted.
