Eligibility and Conditions

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date your bed and/or mattress was delivered. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please continue reading for more information on our returns policy.

Beds

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the bed frame or divan ottoman bed must be returned in its original, unused condition, and with the original packaging. Please note that a £100 collection fee will be deducted from the refund amount for collecting the bed from the original delivery address. In the event the original packaging is missing, the bed can still be returned, but a deduction of 50% will be applied to the refund and the customer will be responsible for arranging their own courier at their own cost.

Mattresses

For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges for mattresses are only possible if the mattress remains unused, unopened and in its original packaging. There is a £100 collection charge for mattress returns. Please note that we will not accept a mattress return if the original packaging has been opened or is missing. The mattress must be fully intact and in the same condition as it was delivered.

Important Considerations

Please note that the original packaging is an essential requirement for both beds and mattresses. If the packaging is missing, a deduction of 50% will be applied to the refund amount for beds. Additionally, the customer is responsible for arranging their own courier at their own cost in this scenario.

How long do I have to arrange a return?

Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for beds and/or mattresses.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We strive to ensure that all orders are sent out complete and in the best quality possible. However, if your bed or mattress arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts due to our error, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. A £100 collection charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return, please submit the returns form available at the bottom of the page. If your item was received damaged, kindly include photographic evidence for assessment. If the return and refund are approved, a Harmony Beds agent will contact you within 7 days to arrange the collection of the item(s).

Are there any fees for returns?

There are no fees associated with returns, except for the £100 collection charge. However, please be aware that if the bed is returned without the original packaging, a deduction of 50% will be applied to your refund.

How and when will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. We will issue your refund within 7 working days from the date of collection.
