Arrived with beading when I had selected without beading. Customer support were apologetic and offered a replacement headboard which was delivered 3 days later…..WITH BEADING!! Had to get in touch again and to be fair the lady on the phone was really sorry about the mistakes and said she would personally see to it that I had the correct one delivered 2 days later (which arrived, without beading, at last!!) she also gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience caused. Cant gripe about that and I appreciate the effort this lady made but it was still faffing about I could’ve done without. Despite this the bed itself is decent quality and they do deliver quicker than some companies Ive used in the past.
